NanoGalv® — Nanostructured zinc-nickel
The same zinc-nickel alloy, deposited in alternating nanoscale layers. Salt-spray performance published at three coating thicknesses, each with the test source named. Exclusive licence in Brazil.
Zinc-nickel — The offshore bolting workhorse
12 to 16% nickel, measured by X-ray fluorescence lot by lot. Class, type and grade come from your order — grade 10 included. Trivalent passivation in white, black or clear.
Cadmium — Where nothing has replaced it yet
Yellow chromate and olive drab, both under the same designation. 1,000 h in ASTM B117, reported by an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory. Qualified by TechnipFMC for this process.

Fluoropolymer top coats, solid-film lubricant, alkaline zinc, phosphate, abrasive blasting and hydrogen embrittlement relief are published with full data sheets in Portuguese.
