Stainless-steel shot blasting
Stainless shot cleans without leaving free iron on the part — which is what carbon-steel shot does, and which later becomes a corrosion point.
Blasting a stainless-steel part with carbon-steel shot deposits free iron on the surface, which oxidizes and stains. Stainless shot eliminates the problem and delivers a uniform finish.
The shot is spherical, and that changes what it does: instead of cutting the surface like an angular abrasive, it peens. It removes the scale left by hardening and the softer rolling burr without opening a roughness profile — it is cleaning, not anchor preparation.
It runs in a belt machine, which makes it the volume route. And it serves the recovery of used parts: it returns the surface to the state in which it accepts treatment, instead of scrapping the component.

The applications that come here.
Stainless part
Where any embedded ferrous particle becomes a corrosion point on a substrate that should not corrode.
Heat-treat scale
Cleaning of the oxide that heat treatment leaves, before plating or assembly.
Recovery of used parts
Component already in service, returned to a condition to receive treatment.
