The drawing and the standard. We specify the rest.
The ideal request brings two things: the technical drawing of the part and the coating standard it has to meet. With both, our sales team returns system, class and thickness — not just a price. For parts with common requirements, four details are enough.
Technical drawing of the part
Geometry, base material, hardness and heat treatment. The drawing tells whether the part goes in a rotating barrel or on a rack, where the coating is critical and whether the fastener needs hydrogen embrittlement relief.
Coating standard
ASTM B841, ASTM B766, AMS-QQ-P-416 or your end customer’s specification. The standard already defines class, thickness and test — it is what turns a price into a designation.
The drawing does not upload through the form. Send it to vendas@sapucaia.com or on WhatsApp, with your company name — and fill in the request on this page so our sales team can match the two.
Without a drawing and a standard, our sales team quotes like this — the route for catalog fasteners and series lots, where there is no class or test requirement.
Material thickness
Gauge of the bolt or nut, sheet thickness of the washer, wire gauge, or tube wall. It defines how the part behaves in the bath and in hydrogen embrittlement relief.
Bath wanted
Zinc-nickel, NanoGalv®, alkaline zinc, cadmium, phosphate, Xylan® — or tell us your end customer’s standard and we indicate the system.
Part type
Tube, sheet, bolt, nut, special fastener. Weight and quantity per lot help close the lead time together with the price.
Coating thickness in microns
Coating thickness required by the drawing or the standard. If you do not know it, tell us the standard — it defines the thickness.

Request a quotation
Our sales team replies within 1 business day. Have a drawing and a standard? Say so in the details and send the file by e-mail or WhatsApp — the form takes no attachments. For laboratory testing, choose “X-ray (XRF) measurement”.
We use this data only to answer your request. Submission is processed by Web3Forms (United States), which forwards it to vendas@sapucaia.com. A copy is recorded in our sales system, on a server in Brazil, and the anti-spam check is run by Cloudflare.

What do you need to quote a part?
The ideal request has the technical drawing of the part and the coating standard it has to meet — with both, our sales team returns system, class and thickness. Without a drawing and a standard, four details are enough to quote a part with common requirements: material thickness, bath wanted, part type and coating thickness in microns.
How do I send the technical drawing?
By e-mail to vendas@sapucaia.com or on WhatsApp 11 2603-6759, with your company name. The website form takes no attachments — fill in the request there and send the drawing through the channel, and our sales team matches the two.
How long until I receive the quotation?
Within 1 business day, with the form fields filled in.
Do I need to know the coating thickness to ask for a quotation?
No. If you know the standard the part has to meet, it already defines the thickness — tell us the standard and our sales team indicates the system and the thickness.
Do you serve small lots or prototypes?
Yes. State the quantity per lot in the details field and our sales team comes back with the lead time — prototype parts and production lots fit the line differently.
