Documentation ready for your audit.
System certification, test report and calibration certificate. What the auditor asks for already exists — it is not put together afterwards. ISO 9001:2015 is certificate FS 517766, issued by BSI and valid until 14 August 2028.
Every lot has a work-order record, a coating reading and a bath replenishment logged in the system. Traceability is not a report assembled when the customer asks: it is a by-product of the process.
The hydrogen-relief ovens have a temperature uniformity survey (TUS) and traceable thermocouple calibration, to API Specification 6A and ISO 10423 — a requirement for high-strength parts that cannot be allowed to embrittle from hydrogen.
The ISO 9001:2015 certificate is open here, as a PDF. We hold the test reports and the calibration certificates, and send them on request, to clients with an active project: they are lot and process documents that travel with the supply — not public material. They are named alongside with standard, class and condition, so you can check before you ask.
Nothing here is an approval. An approval is being on an OEM’s approved-supplier list — what Sapucaia holds is on the credentials page. A test to ASTM shows a standard is met, which is a different thing, and the page keeps the two apart.
